Our vision for NWSSSS is to provide a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for pupils who, for whatever reason, have not been successful in a mainstream setting. Through a trauma informed approach, we want to help pupils to realise their worth and be excited and ambitious for a future beyond our setting. We are striving to become experts in supporting pupils who have lived with adverse childhood experiences and sharing those practices with schools in our area.

We know that with the support of our partner agencies and the dedicated staff team we are in an excellent position to meet our goals and support the students with the challenges they face.

Progress in our setting is through supporting the development of the 'whole-child' through ensuring that our pupils feel welcomed and valued and their individual needs are met so that they can access learning.
